Appointments
In order to enquire about the clinic services, you can either phone or e-mail us. We ensure that all patients receive an appointment promptly after their enquiry.
When you visit the clinic for the first time a thorough case history, including medical details, will be taken. All information is treated in strict confidence, but in order to keep your GP informed, a report may be sent, unless you object.
Next, a detailed examination by an Osteopath or Physiotherapist will be completed. Depending on the area of the condition, you may be asked to undress to the appropriate degree. This may mean undressing to your underwear, although back-opening gowns are available to ensure the patient is comfortable during their experience at the clinic.
If it is considered appropriate and valuable to the formulation of a diagnosis, investigations such as blood tests, x-rays or scans may be requested. This can be done through your GP or arranged privately.
Costs
The fees are £35 for initial assessment with treatment, then £30 for further follow up treatment sessions. The times are 40-60 minutes for assessment/treatment and 30 minutes for treatment. Please note: we only offer payment with cash or cheque at present.
